Tooth #1

We have a tooth, which I imagine accounts for the crankiness of the past several days, possibly even weeks. Hopefully we manage a good night of sleep out of this before we start again. And there are... 20?... of these that need to come in. So we only have 19 left...!?!?! Gah!
